These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MM Lifestyle ("we", "us", "our"), a Udyam-registered Micro Enterprise operating a retail store in Boisar, Palghar, Maharashtra, and any purchase, enquiry or interaction you have with us in-store or online.
1. About the enterprise
MM Lifestyle is registered under the Udyam Registration scheme of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, bearing registration number UDYAM-MH-17-0080776, classified as a Micro Enterprise engaged in retail trading of readymade garments, hosiery and clothing accessories.
2. Products and pricing
Prices, sizes and stock displayed in-store or shared with you are current at the time of your visit or enquiry, and may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but slight variation in colour or fabric between pieces is normal.
3. Purchases
- A sale is final once payment is made and the item is billed at the counter.
- Please check size, fit and condition of garments before purchase, particularly for items bought at markdown or clearance pricing.
- Bills/receipts should be retained for any return or exchange request.
4. Payment
We accept cash and standard digital payment methods as available in-store. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of liability
MM Lifestyle's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Palghar, Maharashtra having jurisdiction over any dispute.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

As a retail clothing store, MM Lifestyle wants you to be happy with what you take home. This policy sets out how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.
1. Exchange window
- Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with the original bill, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached.
- Innerwear, hosiery and any items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange, for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
We primarily offer exchange or store credit rather than cash refunds, except where a garment is found to be defective or materially different from what was billed, in which case a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Defective items
If you receive a defective item, bring it to the store within 7 days along with the bill, and we will replace it or issue a refund as appropriate, at no extra cost.
